View of Virgo. Breakfast was OK, standard and price reasonable. Room was clean. The hotel offers cheap accommodation, price and service is right.
Bed was a bit small and too soft, stains on the wall, holes in the carpet. Television did not show any program well, fed in transmitter signal probably did not have enough bandwidth, one saw only disturbances and ghost pictures. The interior is a little old.

The staff, rooms and location were excellent.
As a general comment on this resort, the prices of food, drink and excursions are punishing. Daresay applies throughout Switzerland. We knew that prior to travelling and length of stay was shortened on budget grounds.

Staying at chalet swiss was a real treat. The room was renovated and clean. It's super close to the train station. I loved the sauna and hot tub, a nice, quiet escape. The staff was helpful, especially during breakfast.

If you stay in the front rooms the view of snow capped mountains is stunning
Rather dated decor, peculiar smell in room..but after leaving windows open for the day this improved.

The chalet's exterior charm is appealing with its blooming flowers, but the room and bathroom are in dire need of refurbishment. Showers become a challenge with the sticking curtain, and the absence of air conditioning was uncomfortable during the hot summer. Breakfast was limited to basic options, and the service was less than friendly.
